Name: Outdoor Wall Lamp Lutec Kelsey Black Aluminum Glass E27 40W IP44 5273702012
Brand: Lutec

Lutec Kelsey is an outdoor wall light in the shape of a lantern: a four-sided clear glass shade that tapers towards the top, set in a matt black aluminium frame, covered by an arched hood and hung from a round wall plate. The fitting is 20 cm high, 12 cm wide and projects 12 cm from the wall.Which bulb you need to buyInside there is one E27 socket, and no bulb is included. The manufacturer allows a lamp of up to 40 W and recommends retrofit LED filament bulbs for this fitting. The glass is clear, so the bulb is fully visible and it is the bulb that decides how the lantern looks after dark — a filament becomes part of the design, and the colour of the light is set by the bulb you choose.Fitting it outdoorsThe IP44 rating means protection against water splashed from any direction, and the manufacturer describes the body as weatherproof. The lantern works at ambient temperatures from −20 to +50 °C, so it can stay on the wall right through the winter. The body is heavy-duty aluminium and the shade is glass, which does not cloud in the sun the way plastic does. The lantern runs on 220–240 V and is built to protection class I, so an earth conductor is needed at the connection — a job for an electrician.Where it worksKelsey is designed for the outside wall of a building, on a facade or a balcony. At 20 cm high it is a small fitting: it suits places where the aim is to light an entrance or a stretch of wall and add a visible decorative detail, not to throw strong light across a large area. Lutec also offers other versions of this lantern in the KELSEY series.Meer tonen
