Name: Outdoor Recessed Wall Light SLV BRICK LED stainless steel 9.5W 3000K IP65 233660
Brand: SLV

SLV BRICK 233660 is an outdoor wall light built into the masonry: a rectangular 21 × 9.1 cm faceplate in brushed stainless steel with a horizontal light window, behind which the LEDs sit under a glass pane. Made of stainless steel and aluminium, its body sits inside the wall, with only the 6 mm plate standing proud. Installing it in the wall and what is in the box BRICK needs a rectangular cut-out of 19.6 × 8.5 cm and an installation depth of 10.3 cm. A mounting box is included and is set into the masonry, so plan the opening while the wall, steps or garden wall are being built. The manufacturer allows installation only into dry wall cavities and says the fitting must not be sealed afterwards, for example with silicone. The light runs directly on 230 V mains through a fixed cable, with no separate driver to buy. The cable enters through a cable gland, and a second gland lets the supply continue to the next fitting — up to 10 lights can be connected in one row. It is a class I luminaire, so it needs a protective earth, and the connection is a job for an electrician. What kind of light it gives The 9.5 W LED module delivers 850 lm at 3000 K, a warm white close to the light of a traditional incandescent bulb. A built-in reflector distributes it asymmetrically, and a colour rendering index of CRI 80 is the usual level for outdoor lighting. The LEDs are built in permanently: according to the manufacturer, the light source may only be replaced by the service team or a comparably qualified person. The stated 25,000-hour service life is more than 17 years at four hours a day. Outdoor use and care IP65 means dust-tight and protected against water jets from any direction, so the light can work in an uncovered wall. The manufacturer permits ambient temperatures from -20 to +45 °C. Impact resistance is IK02, or 0.2 J — a low class worth keeping in mind if the light is going right beside a driveway or anywhere it could be knocked. Clean the plate with a slightly damp cloth, never a pressure washer. The manufacturer lists acidic surroundings, salty air, de-icing salt, fertiliser and chemicals as harmful — relevant near the coast and beside gritted paths. The fitting weighs 1.82 kg.Meer tonen
