The 9532S‑W‑MS AQ™ Screw‑Top Microvial is a 300 µL polypropylene autosampler vial engineered specifically for LC‑MS workflows where low extractables, reliable needle access, and precise handling of small volumes are essential. These vials are molded from ultra‑virgin, specially formulated polypropylene, tested to deliver virtually no extractables when used with common LC‑MS solvents. Unlike conventional plastic microvials that use a deep V‑shaped bottom, this vial features a flat‑bottom inner cone geometry. This design minimizes air entrapment during filling and allows autosampler needles and pipet tips to reach the true bottom of the vial, maximizing usable sample volume and improving injection consistency across different autosampler platforms.
