TONIC 7885 is a pendant lamp with three shades hung from a single rectangular ceiling bar. Each light point is a slim copper-finished tube ending in a low cylindrical glass shade. The bar and the cables are black, and the design is signed by MANTRA TEAM. How big it is and where to hang it The ceiling bar measures 71.8 cm long and 9.8 cm wide. Compare the first figure with the length of the surface the lamp will hang over, because the three shades spread across the whole bar. The body itself — tube plus shade — is 43 cm tall, and the maximum drop including the cable is 200 cm. Each of the three shades is set to its own height and the surplus cable can be cut off — the lower rim of a shade usually ends up 70–80 cm above a table top. The bar is screwed to the ceiling at two points 65 cm apart, and the fitting weighs 3.1 kg. Which bulbs you have to buy The fitting takes three lamps with a GX53 base — flat, round LED modules that push into the socket and twist to lock. They are not included, so you choose the colour temperature and the brightness yourself. Mantra states a limit of 12 W per socket, which is 36 W for the whole lamp. The fitting is not intended for dimming and has no built-in dimmer, so it runs at one setting. Materials and wiring The shades are glass with a copper finish, and the lamp slides into them from below, so the light falls mainly on the surface underneath. The black bar and black cables leave only the copper tubes and shades in view. The IP20 rating allows indoor installation only.
