Name: Lucide TUBULE Pendant Light Black Aluminium 5x7W 2700K LED 101 cm 24401/35/30
Brand: Lucide

TUBULE 24401/35/30 is a five-light pendant: five slim cylindrical aluminium shades hang in a straight line from a long rectangular ceiling plate. Everything is black, matt and powder-coated, and the LED modules are built permanently into the shades. How big it is and how low it hangs The ceiling plate measures 101 cm long, 8 cm wide and 3.5 cm high, and the whole fitting occupies a strip 101 cm long and 10 cm deep. That is a figure to hold against the length of your own table: the light spreads along the top rather than onto one spot, so the fitting works over a table longer than itself. The drop is set after installation, anywhere between 50 and 167 cm, and each of the five cords can be taken to a different length. Compare that range with the distance from your own ceiling to the tabletop - the lower edge of the shade wants to sit 70-80 cm above the table, so the light covers the top without shining into the eyes of anyone seated. The fitting weighs 3.23 kg. How much light it gives, and what kind Each of the five points is a 7 W LED module producing 500 lm, so the fitting draws 35 W and puts out 2500 lm in total - roughly as much as three old 60 W bulbs. 2700 K is warm, slightly yellow light, and a colour rendering index of Ra 90 means the colours of food and furnishings look true underneath it. The shades throw light downwards in a 40 degree beam, so it lands on the tabletop in narrow pools rather than washing across the room. The modules cannot be replaced; the manufacturer rates their life at 30,000 hours. Supply, control and mounting The driver is included, so the fitting works as soon as it is wired to a 230 V supply. The manufacturer sells that driver separately as a service part under number 93/24401/35, so an electronics failure does not write the lamp off. It cannot be dimmed - neither the fitting nor the modules support it - and control comes down to an ordinary wall switch, which is not supplied. The luminaire is protection class II, so it needs no earth conductor, and it is rated IP20, which restricts it to dry interiors. The ceiling plate screws to the ceiling along its whole length. The TUBULE range also holds a three-light version under number 24401/21/30.Meer tonen
