AMAS O432FL-01GF1 is a garden bollard 80 cm tall and 8 cm across: a graphite aluminium cylinder finished with a tinted glass tube and a flat cap. The glass unscrews from the top, and under it sits the holder for a single E27 lamp. How tall it is and what the installation needs 80 cm is roughly the height of a table top — light falls from there downwards and sideways, lighting the surface along a path rather than a whole bed. The body is only 8 cm across, so the bollard takes almost no room at the edge of a path. The manufacturer's instructions have the base bolted to a prepared concrete foundation with the supply cable brought in from below, out of the ground — work to plan before the surfacing goes down. The fitting is class I, so it needs an earth connection. It weighs 1.29 kg.
