A non-porous, low density cation exchanger for the analysis of charge variants of monoclonal antibodies (MAb). For comprehensive characterization of MAb, identification and monitoring of acidic and basic isoforms are essential. The BioMAb HPLC columns contain a unique resin specifically designed for high-resolution, charge-based separations of monoclonal antibodies. Available in 1.7 µm, 3 µm, 5 µm and 10 µm sizes, they offer improved resolution due to smaller particle sizes. This particular version of the BioMAb column is 250 mm long, inside 4.6 mm wide and has 10.0 µm large particles. The BioMAb column is characterized by a uniform, densely packed weak cation exchange layer that is chemically bonded to the hydrophilic polymer coating of the column.Meer tonen
