VDSpher PUR 100 C18-SE is an alternative HPLC Column to Purospher RP-18 endcapped The VDSpher C18-SE phase is somewhat more hydrophobic than VDSpher C18-E and has no silanophilic activity. Therefore, hydrophobic substances are retarded somewhat more strongly in this phase. In addition, due to the complete endcapping and the resulting inertness, the analysis of basic substances can be better realized and an increased stability can be achieved in strongly acidic and slightly basic media.Show more
