Sterile Millex filter units are available with a larger 33 mm housing with MCE, PVDF or PES membranes. Greater flow velocity The larger filter surface increases the flow rate and throughput. The filtration of solutions is also easier as the pressure required to empty the syringe is reduced. Higher operating pressure The Millex filter units have a maximum housing pressure of 10.5 bar, which means that solutions can be filtered faster than before. Colour ring coding The colour ring on the Millex housing clearly indicates which membrane is inside. Manufactured for reliable performance Millex filter units are manufactured in a controlled environment using an automated process. The filter unit is never touched by human hands during assembly.
