Normal phase HPLC | Fats or fat-soluble compounds | USP L-03 class. These HPLC columns are made with our proprietary, 5um, un-modified, High Purity Silica (HPS™) with a narrow particle size distribution. The metals content is below 1ppm which makes these columns efficient and durable. Silica columns are most often used in normal phase mode with non-polar HPLC solvents but the Cogent HPS™ silica columns can also be used in HILIC mode with HPLC grade acetonitrile and water.Show more
