95025‑R racks are constructed from heavy‑weight clear acrylic plastic, providing excellent durability for daily laboratory use while allowing full visual access to vial contents. The transparency enables easy inspection of samples from above and below—helping identify bubbles, particulates, or volume inconsistencies without removing vials from the rack. Designed specifically for 20 mm headspace vials, each rack contains 25 precision‑machined cavities (24 mm diameter) to securely hold vials during filling, storage, or transport.
