Chiral HPLC Column CHIRALPAK BSA, 150 x 4 mm, 5 μm
This Daicel CHIRALPAK BSA column has an inner diameter of 4 mm, a length of 150 mm and a particle size of 5.0 µm. Daicel CHIRALPAK® protein-based chiral selectors are immobilized on spherical silica particles with a size of 5 µm. They function fully in reversed-phase chromatography using buffers with low organic modifier content and at moderate pH values. Enantioselectivity can be easily controlled or improved by changing the composition of the mobile phase: pH, type and concentration of buffers and organic modifiers. In addition to CHIRALPAK® PSA, there are a number of other serum albumin protein columns that can be used in binding studies to confirm the ability of a drug to bind to a protein: CHIRALPAK® RSA - rat serum albumin CHIRALPAK® MSA - mouse serum albumin CHIRALPAK® PSA - porcine serum albumin CHIRALPAK® DSA - canine serum albumin .Show more
