TROY W90477-60GD is a wall light shaped as a slim metal bar 60 cm long with a profile of just 16 mm, finished in gold. The bar is carried on a round wall mount 6 cm across, set about two thirds of the way along its length. Size and mounting The bar occupies a strip of wall 60 cm long and 16 mm thick — at that section the fitting reads as a line rather than a solid body, so it fits into a narrow strip of wall beside a mirror or between a door and a corner. It weighs 0.35 kg. The bar turns 350 degrees on its mount, so once the base is fixed you can set it vertical, horizontal or at an angle without drilling new holes. The fitting is screwed to the wall with two screws, but the manufacturer does not supply them — plugs and screws are chosen to suit the wall material. The light it gives The light source is built in: an 8 W LED module delivering 1100 lm, more than a traditional 60 W bulb. The 4000 K colour temperature is neutral white — light without a yellow cast, under which the colours of make-up or clothes look the way they do in daylight. There is no bulb to buy and none to change. The manufacturer notes that both the LED module and the driver are replaceable by professional service only, and that the light source carries energy efficiency class D. Finish and where it belongs The whole fitting is metal in a single gold finish, with no shade and no visible screw heads — the edge of the bar itself is what lights up.
