This is a separately sold shade for the Sfera pendant — not a complete lamp. A flat black metal disc 35 cm across and only 3.5 cm deep, with a round hole in the centre for the lampholder to pass through. What such a disc does The Sfera lamp itself is a glass globe on a cord. Adding this piece changes the light in one specific respect: it hides the source from above and directs the flux downward. Over a table that does two things at once — stronger light on the surface, and less light shining straight into the eyes of whoever sits opposite. The matt black underside barely reflects, so the rim of the disc does not glare in the field of view.
