s.luce Velo 191110 is an eight-light gallery chandelier: eight cylindrical brown-glass shades hang from a round black canopy 80 cm in diameter. The glass is vertically cut and open at the bottom, so an E27 lamp stays visible and most of the light is directed downward. This variant pairs brown shades with a black suspension; each shade is 18 cm in diameter and 33 cm high. How to read the dimensions The spread of the whole arrangement is set by the Ø 80 cm canopy, not by one cylinder. That field is close to a larger round table, so measure the stair opening, gallery void or seating zone before you buy, not only the ceiling height. Each drop uses a 500 cm textile cable; the manufacturer states that the cable can be shortened or extended, so hanging height follows the storey rather than a fixed frame. The producer’s shipping weight is 32.508 kg. The ceiling fixing must be rated for a multi-point chandelier, not a hook for a light single pendant.
