The Flo Cream M is a single-light pendant: beneath a cream metal sleeve sits a shade of white opal glass shaped like a bud — narrowed at the top, wider and rounded at the bottom. The cord and the canopy are cream too; the shade itself stays white, exactly as in every other colourway of the collection.How much room it needs and how high it hangsThe shade is 26 cm across and 14 cm tall, and the metal sleeve above it adds another 16 cm. The manufacturer gives 32 cm as the height of the rigid part — that section cannot be shortened, while the suspension as a whole reaches 250 cm and is cut to length during installation. The canopy is small: 8 cm across and 3 cm deep.The 26 cm diameter is the figure to compare with the surface it will hang over. A single shade covers a shorter stretch of table than the two-light Flo 2, where two shades sit on a bar 46 cm wide. The fitting weighs 1,7 kg.What bulb it takesThe sleeve holds one E14 lampholder and the manufacturer quotes a maximum of 10 W LED. That is the limit for a bulb you choose yourself, so light colour and output depend on the lamp rather than on the fitting. A 10 W limit effectively means an LED — a filament bulb of that rating barely exists.Glass and makingThe shade is opal glass, milky and opaque: it spreads the light across the whole surface, so the bulb is never visible as a point and the shade glows evenly. The manufacturer states that every shade in the FLO collection is hand-blown in a Polish glassworks — small differences between pieces come with that technique.Metal and glass make up the construction, and the collection was designed by Wojciech Błaszczyk of Sedno Studio, starting from a flower bud just before it opens.
