Zambelis E315 is an outdoor wall light shaped as a flat, rounded bar in graphite. Light leaves the body in two directions: through a narrow slot along the top edge and through two round lenses underneath. The LED module is built in permanently. That output splits between two opposite directions: a broad wash upwards and two narrower cones from the lenses below. This is a fitting for picking out a section of wall, not for lighting a driveway or a whole garden. Colour rendering is Ra 90 and the maker states a colour spread of SDCM under 2, so individual units light in the same shade of white — something that shows immediately when several sit along one wall. The fitting is not dimmable and the source cannot be replaced; the declared lifetime is L70B50 at 30,000 hours. Size and mounting The fitting is 18.3 cm wide and 3.5 cm tall, and stands 6.5 cm off the wall — that last figure is the one that matters in a narrow passage along the building, and beside a door where the light is to hang. The manufacturer states plainly that mounting needs neither a hole nor a recess in the masonry: the fitting goes onto a finished surface. It runs on 220–240 V at 50/60 Hz and draws 280 mA. The fitting is Safety Class I, so an earth conductor has to reach the mounting point — worth checking before ordering if you are replacing an older light fed by two cores. Build and life outdoors The body is aluminium finished in graphite and the covers are tempered glass. IP54 protection covers dust and splashing water from any direction, so the fitting can hang on an open facade with nothing above it; impact resistance is given as IK04. Zambelis intends E315 for facades, fences and balconies, and for hotel buildings.
