The VIVO 52502/01/08 is a cordless table lamp from Lucide: a cylindrical metal body 8 cm across in a satin dark grey finish, with a clear globe bulb screwed into the socket on top. It runs on a built-in battery, so it needs no socket where it stands. How big it is and how much room it takes The body alone is 12 cm tall and 8 cm across, so it occupies a circle 8 cm wide on a surface — compare that figure with the free space left on your bedside table or desk. With the bulb fitted the lamp stands 22,5 cm high, and its widest point is the glass globe itself at 9,5 cm. The height cannot be adjusted. The whole lamp weighs 0,35 kg and moves in one hand — from the desk to the bedside table, from the living room to the study. The manufacturer intends it for indoor use only. How long it runs on one charge A 2000 mAh lithium-ion battery rated 3,7 V sits in the base. The manufacturer states 6 hours of light and 6 hours of charging — one evening of use, after which the lamp spends another half a day on the cable. Charging is over a USB-C lead, with the port in the lower part of the body. The battery is not replaceable, so its life sets the life of the lamp. What the light is like and how it is controlled The source draws 1 W and gives 39 lm at 2700 K, warm, slightly yellow light close to a traditional incandescent bulb. That is an accent amount of light rather than room lighting: an old 60 W bulb produced around 800 lm, twenty times more, so VIVO will not do for reading. The light spreads all around with no favoured direction, and colour rendering is Ra 80. Brightness is set by touching the body — the dimmer is built into the lamp, so no separate dimmer and no wall-box dimmer are needed. The bulb in the box and what fits as a replacement The bulb is included along with the battery, and the manufacturer rates it at 15 000 hours and 20 000 switching cycles. The thread is E27, but the socket runs on 4 V rather than mains voltage: an ordinary E27 bulb off the shelf will not light here.
