Amaze HD is a bi-modal column designed to retain compounds by a combination of cation-exchange and hydrogen bonding mechanisms. Column can be used in normal, HILIC or cation-exchange modes, depending on the mobile phase composition. Column is fully compatible with all organic solvents and with 100% water. The column offers alternative selectivity to traditional reversed-phase and HILIC columns.
