About GromSil C8 columns Laboratory experiments repeatedly show how different the retention behavior of superficially comparable ODS silica phases and other coatings is. Eight different SIL-ODS phases and six different SIL-octyl phases were therefore developed in order to have the broadest possible spectrum of selectivities available with which even complex analytical problems can be solved using HPLC.
