In a normal household, this can account for around 10 - 20% of total consumption. The intelligent time-controlled socket AES 1.4 automatically disconnects the connected appliances (e.g. fan heaters, irons, pumps, printers, photocopiers, coffee machines and many other energy consumers) from the mains after a preset operating time (15 minutes - 10 hours).
