End cap for the LUMINES TIANO LED profile, made of black lacquered aluminium. It is a flat, narrow plate with two screw holes and an elongated slot at one end. Manufacturer code 12-0802-10 denotes the right-hand version. What it fits and why the side matters The cap is intended for the TIANO profile only — every LUMINES profile has its own cross-section and its own set of end pieces, so caps are not interchangeable between them. The manufacturer lists TIANO caps in left/right pairs, which means closing both ends of a run takes two different codes: this is the right one, and its black lacquered left counterpart carries the code 12-0822-10. The with-hole version and the other two The slot in the plate lets the supply cable through, so this cap goes on the end of the profile the feed arrives at. The other end is usually closed with the version without a hole — in black and right-handed that is code 12-0842-10. The third variant, for plastering in (12-0832-10), has one side widened into a flat flange to be buried in plaster or board; this cap is straight and finishes flush with the face of the profile. For the TIANO profile the manufacturer offers no plastic caps — all three variants are aluminium. How it is fixed The cap is screwed on with two screws, for which the plate carries two holes.
