ALBAL Luces Exclusivas Pendant Lamp LE45732
ALBAL LE45732 is a pendant built from five slender glass tubes hung on black cords under a round canopy. The tubes hang at different heights, so the fitting forms a cascade rather than a single row. The glass carries a visible bubbled texture and every metal part is black. How much room it takes and how far it drops The canopy is 34 cm across and the lowest tube reaches 150 cm below the ceiling. In a standard 250 cm room that leaves about a metre of headroom, so this is not a fitting for a walkway — it is planned over a table, over open floor, or in a stairwell void where the cascade has something to fall through. All five cords come down from one point, so hanging it needs a single ceiling fixing rather than five. The footprint it occupies on the ceiling is that 34 cm. What light it gives Each tube has its own LED module; together they draw 20 W and give 1400 lm, roughly what two old 60 W bulbs produced, split across five points. That is decorative and supplementary light — for reading or working at the table a second source is usually added. The colour temperature is 3000 K, a warm white, and the textured glass breaks the output into uneven highlights rather than an even disc of light. The modules are built in and are not replaced individually. The fitting can be dimmed, but only with a TRIAC dimmer — an ordinary incandescent dimmer will not work. Build and where it can hang The construction combines black metal with glass moulded to a texture resembling trapped air bubbles. Supply is 230 V and the IP20 rating restricts it to dry interiors — not above a bath and not on a terrace.
