Asker 1310CB is a garden bollard shaped like an inverted L: a rectangular profile 55 cm tall, 20 cm deep and 11 cm wide, finished with an overhanging head. The body is a painted aluminium casting in Copper Brown — a copper-brown paint, not copper. The maker names the control method precisely: trailing-edge phase dimming, that is an RC dimmer, also sold as "for capacitive loads". The distinction is practical rather than formal.
