Asker 1510CG Gray LED Outdoor Wall Sconce by NORLYS

Name: Asker 1510CG Gray LED Outdoor Wall Sconce by NORLYS
Brand: NORLYS

Asker 1510CG is a façade wall light shaped as a cuboid of 22.5 × 11 × 8.5 cm, cast in aluminium and powder-coated in cement grey RAL 7033. Light leaves through clear structured polycarbonate lenses at the top and the bottom — the fitting draws two bands on the wall instead of shining straight ahead. How much light it gives and how it spreads it The LED module draws 8.8 W and makes 840 lm on its own, but 312 lm leave the luminaire — the directional housing holds back the rest. This is not a fitting for lighting a drive or a garden: 312 lm split evenly up and down (ULOR 50%) is enough to pick out a section of façade and mark the route along a wall. 3000 K is warm white, and Ra 80 is adequate outdoors, where shades do not have to be told apart. Colour consistency between units falls inside the SDCM3 ellipse, so several fittings in a row on the same wall show the same tint. Weathering and mounting IP65 means fully dust-tight and protected against water jets, so the fitting can sit on an unsheltered wall; IK08 describes the housing's impact strength. The manufacturer permits −20 °C to +45 °C, the lenses are UV-stabilised, the gasket is silicone and the cable enters through an EPDM gland. The fitting screws on through two ø4.5 mm holes spaced 180 × 60 mm. The terminals take up to 3 × 2.5 mm², or 3 × 1.5 mm² when fittings are looped through; the round cable sheath may be ø7–10.5 mm. Asker is a class I fitting, so it needs an earth connection. Dimming and replacing the light source The fitting can be dimmed with a TRIAC phase dimmer — the manufacturer clears both trailing edge and leading edge control. No dimmer is supplied. The LED module is integrated and is changed by a professional only; the manufacturer quotes over 55,000 hours to a 30% drop in output and provides service set ZS1510zx0016 for it. The fitting weighs 1.34 kg.Show more
