The L-LINE 60 LED is an aluminium bar 61.8 cm long with a square 7 × 7 cm section, finished in white. Light leaves through a polycarbonate diffuser that runs along the lower edge of the housing. The luminaire is surface mounted — on a wall or on a ceiling. How big it is and where it goes The bar measures 61.8 cm and stands 7 cm off the surface — compare that second figure with the space left above a mirror, above a door or along a corridor wall. Mounting is on the surface, so nothing has to be cut into the substrate. The manufacturer intends the same fitting for wall and for ceiling mounting. It weighs 1.3 kg, so a ceiling installation carries very little load. The luminaire is protection class I, which means the circuit has to include an earth conductor. How much light it gives The fitting puts out 820 lm, roughly what an old 60 W incandescent bulb produced. That covers basic lighting in a smaller room or extra light along a circulation route, and falls short as the only source in a large living room. 3000 K is warm white — warmer than daylight, but without the clearly yellow cast of 2700 K. The declared service life is 30,000 hours on the L70B50 criterion. The driver sits inside the housing, so the bar connects straight to 230 V ~50/60 Hz mains. No separate transformer or controller has to be bought. Build and water resistance The body is aluminium and the cover polycarbonate. IP44 covers solid bodies above 1 mm and splashing water from every direction, so the fitting can work in a bathroom — outside the zone the shower jet reaches.
