DURAN® Engler Flask, with beaded rim, 125 mL Abdominal vessels are called flasks in the laboratory and, in addition to beakers, are other universally applicable vessels. They are used e.g. for distillation or for heating liquids. In addition to the commonly used multi-neck flasks, Engler flasks can also be used for distillations.
