ARDE SILVER 1717 is a ceiling lamp from the Arde series with a metal frame in a chrome finish. Three arms extend from a central ceiling rose, each ending in an E27 socket — the fixture spans 50 × 50 cm on the ceiling at a height of 24 cm. How big the lamp is and where to mount it The 50 × 50 cm arm span is a measurement to compare against the ceiling area at the installation spot — the lamp mounts directly to the ceiling with a round ceiling rose, with no drop. At 24 cm high, it leaves plenty of headroom under the arms even in lower rooms. How much light it gives The three E27 sockets take bulbs of up to 60 W each. Bulbs are not included, so colour temperature and brightness are chosen separately at purchase. The lamp has no dimming function — whether the light can be dimmed depends solely on the bulb used and a separate dimmer. Finish and where it fits The frame is metal in a chrome finish, a plain form without further ornamentation that the manufacturer describes as modern. The arms and sockets have no shades — the bulb holders themselves stay visible.
