Ceiling LED light 26 W, 3000 K, Triac, sandy black, ZAMBELIS

Name: Ceiling LED light 26 W, 3000 K, Triac, sandy black, ZAMBELIS
Brand: Zambelis

The Zambelis 2561 is a ceiling light shaped as a 40 cm ring, hung on two slim arms beneath a rectangular ceiling plate. The metal and aluminium body is finished in sandy black — matte, lightly grainy — and the light comes from an opal acrylic profile running the whole circumference of the ring. How large the fitting is and how it mounts The ring measures 40 cm across and the whole fitting stands 14.3 cm deep, from the ceiling to the lower edge. The ring profile itself is 1.5 × 1.5 cm in section, so despite the large diameter the body stays thin and visually light. The ceiling plate is a rectangle of 18 × 6 cm at 4 cm high and covers a standard installation box. The data sheet calls for no ceiling opening and no recess above it, so the fitting mounts onto a finished ceiling. No supply cable is included: the luminaire wires straight into the mains, and safety class I means an earth conductor has to be present in the box. Weight with packaging is 2.7 kg, and the manufacturer specifies the model for indoor use only. How much light it gives and how it is controlled The built-in LED module draws 26 W and delivers 1500 lm. An old 60 W incandescent bulb gave about 800 lm, so this fitting works as a room's main light source rather than a supplement. 3000 K is warm white — warmer than daylight, but without the pronounced yellow of 2700 K. Ra 90 means fabrics, wood and food read almost as they do in daylight, which matters in a kitchen and over a table. The opal diffuser spreads the light through a full 360°, so the ring glows evenly downwards and sideways with no harsh bright spot. The LED cannot be replaced; the manufacturer quotes a lifetime of L70B50 30,000 h, the point at which the module still gives 70% of its initial output. Brightness is set with a Triac dimmer, which is not included and has to be one described as Triac or leading edge. Which interiors it suits The form is modern and minimal: a closed circle, one diagonal arm and no ornament, with the sandy black contrasting against pale walls and wood. At only 14.3 cm deep it does not visually lower the ceiling. The manufacturer intends this model for the living room, bedroom, kitchen and dining room, and for the office — anywhere a whole room needs even light from a single point.Show more
