Rendl JUNIPER R14216 is a compact surface-mounted LED ceiling light with a two-tone cylinder: white above and chrome below. It fixes directly to the ceiling. Its integrated 15 W module produces 1556 lm of warm 3000 K light in a concentrated 30° beam.Surface mounting and a compact bodyThe housing is 9.7 cm in diameter and 8.8 cm high, forming a short cylinder against the ceiling. The manual shows a round plate screwed to the surface, conductors connected and the body fitted over it; no cut-out matching the light's diameter is required. JUNIPER is therefore surface-mounted, not a recessed downlight. This suits ceilings without void space for a recessed body. A competent installer must complete the 230 V connection with the circuit switched off.1556 lm within a directed 30° beamThe reflector concentrates 1556 lm into a 30° beam, forming a more defined pool than a broadly diffused ceiling light. It can direct light from above onto part of the floor, a worktop, a circulation route or a chosen zone. A 3000 K colour temperature is warm white without a strongly yellow appearance. CRI 80 provides standard colour rendering for everyday interior lighting. The producer states a 25,000-hour service life. This fitting operates directly from 230 V, and the transformer required for operation is included, so there is no external driver to select. Its manual marks Class I construction, requiring the protective conductor to be correctly connected at the terminal during installation. The light source carries energy class F and is labelled for consumption of 15 kWh per 1000 operating hours.White, chrome and a metal structureThe two-tone finish divides the plain cylinder into a white upper body and a chrome lower ring. Below it, a ribbed reflector remains visible and forms the 30-degree beam. A metal housing without decorative arms keeps the geometry compact at under 10 cm across.
