SLV TRUST Grid for Outdoor Lights, Stainless Steel 316, Ø8 cm, 228130

Name: SLV TRUST Grid for Outdoor Lights, Stainless Steel 316, Ø8 cm, 228130
Brand: SLV

The Grid 316 is an open stainless steel cover for a lamp head: horizontal rings mounted on three vertical rods finished with domed nuts, all set on a ribbed mounting collar. SLV designates it for wall lights and floor stands of the TRUST series. What it fits and what is in the box This is a part for a lamp, not a complete light: the box contains the grid only, with no lamp and no light source. The manufacturer intends it for the TRUST series only, so check before buying that your lamp belongs to that line. The grid is 8 cm in diameter and 10 cm high, and weighs just under 0.4 kg. Once fitted, it changes the look of the lamp: instead of a smooth head you see a metal cage, with the diffuser showing through the gaps between the rings. Material The grid is made of grade 316 stainless steel. This steel contains molybdenum and resists chloride corrosion better than the common grade 304, which matters for a lamp standing near the sea, by a pool or where road salt is spread in winter.Show more
