These components ensure proper vial alignment, stability, and cushioning during high‑speed centrifugation, reducing the risk of vial movement or breakage. The adapters are precisely sized to securely hold approved vial types in the rotor, while the cushioning inserts absorb vibration and stress generated during operation.
