Die Obelisc R HPLC-Phase von SIELC Technologies kann für übliche Reversed Phase Applikationen eingesetzt werden. Aufgrund ionischer Gruppen findet man gegenüber traditionellen RP-Phasen zusätzliche Retention und Einstellmöglichkeiten. Typische mobile Phasen verwenden Acetonitril, Wasser und die MS kompatiblen Puffer Ammoniumformiat (ph 3) und Ammoniumacetat (pH 5), für Detektion bei niedrigem UV (<220 nm) wird Phosphatpuffer empfohlen.Mehr anzeigen
