Altmann Analytik HPLC-Säule Nucleosil 120 C18, 7,0 μm, 3 x 150 mm, 11% Carbon, endcapped
Nucleosil stellt eine der ersten Standardkieselgelphasen für die HPLC dar. Es besteht aus völlig porösem sphärischem Kieselgel mit sehr reiner und einheitlicher SiO2 Struktur. Es gilt als äußerst zuverlässige Wahl für analytische und präparative Routineanwendung. Die Porenweite kann von 50 bis 4000 Å variieren und lieferbare Partikelgrößen sind 3µm, 5µm, 7µm und 10µm. C18-Phase besteht aus einer Octadecyl-modifizierten SiO2-Struktur. Sie kann sowohl endcapped als auch nicht endcapped vorliegen.Mehr anzeigen
