Diese Cogent, TYPE-C™, Amide Hydride™, HPLC-Säulen haben eine funktionelle Ethylamidgruppe, die über direkte Silizium-Kohlenstoff-Bindungen an das Silicahydrid-Partikel gebunden ist. Dies macht die stationäre Phase auch bei niedrigen pH-Bedingungen extrem stabil und geht keine dauerhaften Assoziationen mit Aceton wie Aminophasen ein. Funktionelle Amidgruppen sind unter keinen chromatographischen Bedingungen ionisch, was einige Vorteile bietet. Die Cogent Amide™-Phase wird für Trennungen von Biomolekülen und Makromolekülen in wässriger Normalphase (ANP-Modus) oder Normalphase (NP-Modus) empfohlen , Kohlenhydrate, Peptide, Polysaccharide und tryptische Verdauungen.Mehr anzeigen
